Coaching Agreement Terms & Conditions
Thank you so much for deciding to invest in working with me as your coach – I am so excited about your journey ahead and honoured to be supporting you through this.
To continue to bring our “best selves” to the coaching process, it is important that we share the same understanding about how we will continue to work together, please, therefore take a moment to read through the points below.
Your sessions are important to both of us, each session I will bring myself to the coaching sessions free from distractions and fully present, and respectfully request that you do the same.
We agree that we will each show up at the mutually scheduled time for our coaching session. If you have to reschedule you will do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you show up later than 10 minutes to your session without prior notice, the session will be considered as no show and you would lose the session.
I hope you’ll appreciate these healthy boundaries.
Payment
Please note all payments are nonrefundable & payment plans to be completed.
I reserve the right to change the fees/packages offered but will always honor the agreed rate for the agreed time period that was set at the beginning of our work together.
However, should you decide to continue your coaching work with me(which would be amazing!) after the completion of the initial package, there’s no guarantee the rates will be the same.
Communication
I welcome communication & connection between our calls. It is my expectation that you will reach out if you hit a“sticky” spot that you would like some feedback on, and that you will share the successes that you have on the way to creating the health and life you love!
My preferred way of communication is Facebook Messenger. When communicating between sessions, please make your messages brief and questions clear and direct. This way, you will get a ton of support from me in between the sessions. I am happy to answer as many questions as are on your mind. However, please leave essays for the coaching calls!
In regards to email communication, I will respond to your emails within 48 hours Monday-Friday. There will of course be minimal exceptions due to illness, travel and holidays. I will communicate clearly with you regarding times I am/will be unavailable.
Even though I encourage you to communicate in between the sessions as often as you need to feel fully supported, please be mindful of waiting for my approval before you decide or take inspired action.
The ability to make fast decisions and take inspired action is one of the ‘musts’ for extraordinary success in life. We want you to develop this quality (if you don’t exercise it yet) and prevent you from being co- dependent on me.
I welcome your input and questions along the way. Our relationship is a collaborative one, and the more you put into it the more you will get out of it! Ask me questions, challenge my point of view, bring resources to the table that you’ve found, tell me where I’m wrong, and share with me your insights along the way.
You are your own best expert even if you don’t know it yet (you will shortly!).
An important part of the coaching relationship is the coach’s role in providing challenges and encouraging the client to go beyond the comfort zone. However, this must always be done sensitively and appropriately for the individual client.
During the process, some strong emotions and triggers may come up for you. I will be guiding you, instructing you, and working with you in ways that may be new, deep and sometimes challenging for you.
For your best results, full participation is required. If strong resistance comes up or feelings of intense discomfort, please always let me know.
Please can you come prepared to each of your coaching sessions. At the beginning of each session, I will ask you to update me about happenings since our last session, as well as set objectives for each particular session. Throughout this process, I will hold the big vision and mutually set objectives for you.
If I say or do something that upsets you or does not feel right, please let me know.
I want to provide you with the service and support you need and believe that honesty and trust are critical for our relationship to grow. I want this to be an open and safe place for you to come with confidence, and I ask that you let me know if there is ever anything that you are concerned about in our work together, so that I can do what is necessary for you to be satisfied and happy.
Guarantees
You recognise that I will always have your best interest at heart and that, with hard work and an open mind, you can make life-changing strides in your life and health towards your goals. I operate from the mindset that absolutely anything is possible and I will work with you to adopt this mindset too.
However, I cannot offer any guarantee as your success is dependent on your effort outside of my coaching as well.
Confidentiality
You recognise that in the course of our work together you may divulge goals, future plans, business affairs, job information, personal and other such private information. I will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any such information for my own benefit or disclose this information to a third party. I will not voluntarily disclose that we are in a coaching relationship without your permission.
I do appreciate honest testimonials about our work together, because it feels inspiring to other women to see you succeed in your journey. Your name, picture or video will only be shared with your permission.
1-Day Voxer Coaching Agreement
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Helen Aldous (“Coach”) and you, the client (“Client”) for the provision of a one-day coaching session via the Voxer application.
1. Session Duration
- The Voxer coaching session will last for a total of 6 hours, commencing from the time of the first message exchanged.
- Both parties will arrange a mutually convenient start time, ideally beginning as close to 9:00 AM as possible, to ensure a full day of coaching.
2. Punctuality
- The Client is required to begin the session promptly at the agreed-upon start time. In the event that the Client fails to show up at the beginning of the session, Helen Aldous will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes. If the Client does not arrive within this period, the Client forfeits the right to the session, and it will not be rescheduled. The timing of the session will commence at the agreed start time, not the time the Client arrives.
- The Client must double-check the local time to ensure punctuality. If there is any uncertainty regarding the start time, the Client should confirm with Helen Aldous before the session.
3. Message Length
- To ensure efficient and effective communication, each message should be concise and not exceed 3 minutes in length.
4. Response Time
- Helen Aldous will respond to messages as promptly as possible. However, please allow reasonable time for thoughtful and valuable feedback between exchanges.
5. Focused Question
- To maximize the benefits of the coaching session, the Client should come prepared with a clear and specific question or problem to address. This will help maintain focus and ensure productive use of time.
6. Intake Form
- The Client is required to complete and submit the intake form at least one day prior to the session to allow Helen Aldous adequate time to prepare. Failure to do so may result in Helen Aldous canceling or rescheduling the session.
7. Rescheduling
- The Client is permitted to reschedule the session, but only once. Any subsequent requests to reschedule will not be accommodated.
8. Confidentiality
- All information shared during the coaching session will be kept strictly confidential by Helen Aldous, except as required by law or with the explicit permission of the Client.
9. Respect and Professionalism
- Both Helen Aldous and the Client agree to communicate respectfully and professionally throughout the session.
10. Payment Terms
- Payment for the session is non-refundable.
11. Scope of Services
- The coaching session is limited to the agreed-upon topics and duration. The Client should not expect services beyond what is specified in this Agreement.
12. Termination Clause
- Helen Aldous reserves the right to terminate the session if the Client behaves inappropriately or breaches any terms of this Agreement. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
13. No Guarantees
- While Helen Aldous will provide guidance and support, no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed from the coaching session.
14. Liability
- Helen Aldous will not be liable for any actions or decisions taken by the Client as a result of the coaching session. The Client accepts full responsibility for their actions and decisions.
15. Governing Law
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
16. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
- By participating in this 1-day Voxer coaching session, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
For longer term Voxer messaging support:
- Response Times: Timely responses will be provided, but immediate replies are not guaranteed.
- Working Hours: Please message between 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, unless otherwise agreed.
- Weekends: Responses on weekends may be delayed.
- Reasonable Use: Use this service responsibly. Excessive messaging is discouraged.
- Professionalism: Maintain respectful communication. Inappropriate behavior may result in service termination.
- Expectations: This is for general support, not round-the-clock or emergency services.
Failure to respect these boundaries may lead to service termination at Helen Aldous’s discretion.
Refund Policy
- Initial Meeting Assurance: After the first coaching session, if either the Client or Helen Aldous determines that the coaching relationship is not a suitable fit, the Client may request a full refund. This request must be made in writing { support@thyroidphoenix.com} within 24 hours of the conclusion of the first session.
- No Refunds After Initial Meeting: Beyond the first session, no refunds will be provided for any reason. This policy reflects the significant time, effort, and personalized resources invested in each client’s journey.
- Commitment to Success: While refunds are not available after the initial session, Helen Aldous remains fully committed to the Client’s success throughout the agreed-upon coaching period.
- Non-Transferable: Coaching sessions and programs are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other services or products.
- Termination: Helen Aldous reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship at any time if she deems it necessary. In such cases, no refund will be issued for any unused sessions.
By agreeing to these terms, the Client acknowledges and accepts this refund policy.

8. Medication Warning
- DO NOT STOP OR ALTER THE DOSE OF ANY MEDICATION YOU ARE TAKING WITHOUT CONSULTING YOUR DOCTOR. ALWAYS CONSULT YOUR OWN DOCTOR BEFORE MAKING ANY CHANGES TO YOUR MEDICATION OR TREATMENT PLAN.
You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above, and that you understand the importance of consulting with your own doctor before making any health-related decisions.
Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your Hypothyroid Weight & Energy Laser Breakthrough Session, you may request a full refund within 7 days of receiving your session video, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility:You must watch the entire session video.You must provide specific written feedback explaining why the session did not meet your expectations.
Refund Process:To request a refund, you must submit your request via email to support@thyroidphoenix.com within 7 days of receiving your session video. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
Additional Support:Before issuing a refund, we may offer a complimentary follow-up mini-video to clarify or address any concerns you may have.
Exclusions:Refunds will not be granted for failure to watch the session video or for general dissatisfaction without specific feedback. No refunds will be issued beyond the 7-day refund window.

Acknowledgment and Agreement
By purchasing any coaching session, program, or service provided by Helen Aldous, or by participating in any such session, program, or service, you (the Client) acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
- You accept the refund policy as stated.
- You understand the nature of the coaching relationship and the boundaries set forth.
- You agree to maintain respectful communication and adhere to the guidelines provided.
- You acknowledge that Helen Aldous is not a medical professional and that you will consult with your healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication, diet, or lifestyle.
- You accept full responsibility for your own health, decisions, and actions resulting from the coaching process.
- You understand that no physical products will ship. All products are digital.
Your purchase, participation, or use of Helen Aldous’s services constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or participate in any services offered by Helen Aldous.
